About us

TheWillCreator.com is an Irvine, California based company. Since 2010 we have helped people make their own Wills online — quickly, affordably, and without paying a lawyer's fees.

What we do

Our online questionnaire turns your answers into three documents: a Last Will and Testament, a Living Will, and a Medical Power of Attorney. You answer a few plain-English questions, we generate the documents, and you print, sign, and witness them. Most people finish in about 10 minutes.

What we believe

Everyone should have a Will, and cost or paperwork should not be the reason they don't. Three things have stayed the same since we started:

• Affordable. One flat price of $19.95 for all three documents — a fraction of what a lawyer charges.
• Straightforward. Plain-English questions, documents you can print in minutes, and free updates whenever your life changes.
• Responsive. We are not a law firm and cannot give legal advice, but if you email us, a person replies within 24 hours.

Our promise

Your purchase is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email support@TheWillCreator.com within 30 days and we will refund you.
